Two ways in. Both end in something written.
Choose the door that matches your situation. If you'reunsure which fits, book the scoping call — if the Diagnostic isn't the rightinstrument, we'll say so.

Diagnostic scoping call

30 minutes · No fee

A working conversation, not a sales call. We confirm whether the Diagnostic fits your situation, define the claim-lines under examination, and set the fixed fee.

‍The intake question: what specific initiative, transaction, or commitment can no longer continue as-is? Specificity at the decision level is required —general descriptions can't be scoped.

- We confirm fit — or tell you it isn't there
- Scope is counted and the fee is fixed on the call
- You receive the evidence input checklist within one business day
- The four-week clock starts when your inputs are confirmed complete

Engagements are limited to 2–3 concurrent diagnostics. If capacity is full, you'll be offered the next opening rather than a waiting list.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Three things to know

We may decline
If your situation doesn't warrant the Diagnostic — or if what you need is reassurance rather than an answer — we'll say so on the call and point you elsewhere. The scoping call exists to prevent bad-fit engagements, not to close them.

The answer can be adverse
Both products can conclude that the evidence doesn't support the claims. That conclusion arrives in writing, without softening. If a particular answer is required, do not book.

No next phase is assumed
Neither product creates an obligation or an on-ramp you didn't ask for. Where a verdict calls for resolution work, it's scoped and priced separately — and we may advise against it.
